Anna Farris, LCPC/CEO
Hi, I’m Anna.
Currently seeing kids 4+, teens, and adults.
If you are reading this, I want you to know how brave you are for taking the first step in building a better life: deciding to ask for help.
I know that it is difficult to admit when help is needed, and asking is not something that we enjoy doing - being vulnerable and telling your story is tough, But having someone to walk alongside you in this chapter can be life changing. '
I am here to help you rewrite your story into something that is totally worth seeing what happens next.
I work with clients of all ages moving through this crazy thing that we call life.
It is my priority to build a positive relationship with each client and create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your struggles so that I can help you create positive changes in your life.
Therapy Approach
While my overall approach is client-centered, I often integrate other modalities into this approach, including:
EMDR
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Gestalt Therapy
Narrative Therapy
Creative Expressive Therapy
Expressive Arts
Sandtray Therapy, and
Play Therapy
My Therapy Philosophy
It is important to me that each person who walks through my door feels like they are my highest priority in that moment. Therefore, my approach is different with each client as I understand that there is not one thing that works for everybody.
I am dedicated to finding an approach that fits your needs in order to help you reach your goals and change your story into something that you are proud of.
