My practice is based on person-centered principles of unconditional acceptance and respect.
I use a collaborative approach to promote healing in mind, body, and spirit.
I hope that the benefits of therapy ripple out into our community, nudging us towards solidarity and justice.
Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here to listen and support you–whether you’re at a crossroads in your life, feeling stuck in patterns and moods that no longer serve you, or ready to process some trauma or grief.
I enjoy working with teens, college students, and adults. With couples, I use the Gottman Method to help them improve the quality of their relationship.
Drawing on years of professional experience in higher education, I employ evidence-based practices to meet people where they are, seeking to truly understand each person’s intersecting identities and experiences.
